A bit about Will
Will has distinguished himself in his career by having worked within the D2C space, the retailer space, the marketplace space, and now the agency space. During each of these stages, he has created strategies and solutions for brands to aggressively grow their fair share of the shelf, as well as to utilize commerce to further their brands. Will’s Commerce journey began at Luxottica, where he defined the go-to-market strategy and built the business model for taking their optical brands online. From there, Will went to Amazon, where he launched Accessories & Watches for Woot.com, extending Woot to a new audience. After that, Will became the AVP of eCommerce Strategy & Operations at L’Oreal, overseeing the launch of over 3,500 SKUs across 7 eRetailers and 3 D2C sites. Since then, Will has been on the agency side, working closely with brands on their Commerce strategies, analytics, operations, and organizational design. He founded 360i’s eCommerce practice, founded Sellwin Consulting – Dentsu’s first eCommerce specialist agency, and has been at IPG since 2020.
